As a local I have purchased fish here but never sat down for a meal until today. I knew there would likely be a wait and it ended up being about 25 minutes on a Thursday night in off season. Not too bad. And wow, the meal was worth it. It's not cheap but everything is cooked to absolute perfection. The fish is wonderful with just the right amount of spice for the blackened fish. The amount of fish was generous, especially in the grouper sandwich and seafood a la vodka. We loved the lobster bites as an appetizer and the peach bread pudding for dessert. All around great meal for the whole family. Much better than some of the other seafood restaurants in town. Looking forward to coming back.

I went here for lunch because my research of the area had this place mentioned multiple times, and it did not let me down. The parking lot was packed which is always a good sign, and my colleague and I grabbed a seat at the bar. I ordered the snapper melt, with the snapper being grilled (you could get it blackened or fried as well) and picked the mix veggies as my side. The food came out quickly and it was excellent! The flavors of both the sandwich and veggies were top notch. My colleague ordered the tuna sliders and let me have one and that was also amazing. I have to assume everything else on the menu is just as good. I can see why this place has been open since 1918. If you're in the area for any reason you definitely need to stop here and give it a try.

What a treat to go to a real fish market restaurant! It was fabulous! Tight parking and a bit pricey (but everything is so it’s in line). Loved the building and its authenticity. My grouper bowl was outstanding! The fish dip they gave us for a starter was delicious. I want more! Going back for the hogfish and smoked mackerel!

Nothing fancy, but a really good casual spot for seafood. Menu was straightforward and had a good variety of seafood options to choose from. Food was delicious and plentiful. Lobster bisque was rich and warm. Grilled grouper and calamari were fine options too. Service was also great. Jack did a great job. Despite us being the last table on a Sunday night, he still had a good upbeat vibe. Interior could have been kept up a bit better. Thank you so much. We will be back next time in town.

Seafood Saturday! Complimentary Fish Spread, followed by Conch Fritters, and a couple Blackened Tilefish Dinners. So fresh and clean tasting. Excellent service! Grant did an awesome job! Die Suche Del Sabor (The Search For Flavor) continues.
